Confiture Michèle, a jam lovers paradise.
It is a joint venture between Michèle and Wayan,
two friends passionate about cooking who started this adventure in 2011
by making as a hobbie homemade jams with local tropical fruits, a range of different local spices, unrefined cane sugar and love.
Michèle offered her traditional low sugar French Recipes knowledge,
without any preservatives or artificial flavorings,
while Wayan paid particular attention to the selection of the fruits
which are mainly grown in Bali and now, these unique creations can be found in a very tiny shop located in Ubud or at retail shops as Bali Buddha or Cafe Moka seminyak, Bread Basket Sanur, Oka Bakery Canggu...
Actually, the crêperie "Confiture Michèle", located in the well-known "Jalan Gootama" of Ubud is managed by a very friendly balinese "Kadekning" that will welcome you for a free tasting of home made products as ... French style sweet or savory crêpe... low sugar tropical jam ... fruit juice prepared with healthy kombucha ... traditional rice cracker ... real vinegar and Wayan regularly offers free cooking class for her traditional black rice pudding.
